1. fast and furious 6

Hobbs finds Dominic and wants him to help find Shaw, a world wide criminal and robber, after showing him a photo of the supposedly dead Letty Ortiz, Dominic's ex-girlfriend which Shaw had kidnapped after realizing that she has amnesia after a deadly car explosion she he could brainwash her to use her as a henchman. Dominic gathers his group together and they accept the mission. The group travels to London where one of Shaw's henchmen leads them to Shaw's hideout, but it is a trap, so Shaw gets away in a car, blowing up his hideout behind him and distracting the police, leaving the groups in questions of where he is. Letty comes to help Shaw and shoots Dominic before escaping. Back at headquarters, Hobbs tells Dominic's group that Shaw is stealing parts to create a Nightshade device which can shut off power in an area. Dominic's crew study one of Shaw’s henchman who tells them about Shaw's connection to Arturo Braga, a drug lord who is in prison. Brian goes to the United States as a prisoner to see Arturo.Shaw and Letty take a military tank and begin running over cars along the highway. Brian and Roman manage to flip the tank. Letty is thrown from the tank and Dominic saves her from falling off the side of a bridge. Shaw kidnaps Maya.  Shaw's group board a plane and Dominic and his group try to follow him. Dominic, Letty, Brian, and Hobbs get on the plane. Brian rescues Maya and they escape using a car on the plane. Letty kills Riley and escapes. Dominic goes after Shaw. Shaw falls from the plane as it crashes into the ground. Dominic drives one of the remaining cars through the fiery blast. Dominic saves the nightshade.

I picked this movie because its been the best action movie that I’ve seen in a long time that I actually liked.

2. grown ups 2

Lenny, Eric, Kurt, and Marcus decide to visit the old lake. There they run into a bunch of college guys who force them to jump into the lake.  Braden, Marcus' son, who was hanging out with them, sees this and goes off to vandalize their frat house. When the college guys return, they swear revenge. Lenny goes home to help Roxanne set up for a party for their friends. Roxanne wants Lenny to consider having another child. Lenny says no, but Roxanne says that she is pregnant. Lenny goes off to party with his friends. Tommy Cavanaugh shows up and makes fun Lenny in front of everyone, so Lenny challenges Tommy to a fight. Tommy agrees to fake the fight so that Lenny can look tough infront of his son who is being bullied. the angry college guys come to the house for revenge for the damage to their frat house. They go and start a fight.  All of Lenny’s friends take his side against the frat boys and defeat them. After the four friends have pancakes at Eric's mom's house. Eric’s mom tells Lenny that a new baby is a good thing. Lenny rethinks it and returns home. He tells Roxanne he is excited about the new baby and he is sorry.

I picked this movie cause I really liked it, it was funny and I like the combination of actors and actresses.

3. the guilt trip

Andy Brewster is a inventor. He makes a cleaning product, ScioClean. After a bad sales pitch to K-Mart, he visits his mom, Joyce, in New Jersey before leaving on a work trip.she tells him that he was named after a guy she fell in love named Andrew Margolis, which was not her husband. she felt that she never meant anything to him afterwards.  he finds Andrew Margolis is still alive and single living in San Francisco. He invites his mom on a big work trip around the states.  their car breaks down in Texas Joyce calls Andy's ex-girlfriend Jessica to come and get them. at Jessica's house she reveals that Andy proposed to her and she rejected. Jessica is pregnant and married making it an awkward situation. Joyce comes to a sales pitch and complains about the product making the manager want Andy to change the entire product.  Joyce enters a steak eating challenge where she is noticed by cowboy. he reveals he does a lot of business in New Jersey. Joyce had never been in a relationship after Andy's dad died when he was eight. Andy and Joyce begin to genuinely enjoy each other's company after, taking time out of their trip to visit the Grand Canyon. Andy and Joyce go to visit Andrew Margolis. They find Andrew's son, Andrew Margolis Jr. and find out that his father died five years ago. She asks if Andrew's father ever mentioned her, but he says he never did but then they find out that his father named his daughter Joyce after Andy's mom. this shocks her because she thought that she didn't matter to Andrew. Andy continues his next sales pitch and Joyce goes  back to New Jersey, where she plans a date with the cowboy from the restaurant.

I picked this movie because it gave you a mixture of emotions, like a some parts it was really sad and then other times like the restaurant scene it was hilarious.

4. iron man 3

Tony’s home is destroyed by helicopter.  Maya, Tony and Pepper survive the attack. Tony escapes in an Iron Man suit and ends up in Tennessee. Everyone thinks he’s dead. He meets Harley. Tony investigates a local Mandarin attack.  the bombings were made by soldiers to injected with extremis and were created to look like terrorist attacks.  Tony finds that the Mandarin is in miami and takes over there headquarters. he finds out that the Mandarin is actually an actor who had been televised doing threats multiple times He finds out that Aldrich Killian is behind it and is injecting people with extremis for his own use.  Aldrich kidnaps Pepper and injected her to use against Tony since he was her boyfriend. he kills Maya because she was against the plan. Aldrich plans to attack the president by destroying air force 1 and steal the iron man armour. Tony tries saves Pepper and his partner saved the president. but before Tony saved Pepper a metal rig fell and she fell supposedly to her death. Tony tries to kill Aldrich and fails. but Pepper extremis injections allowed her to survive and she get in the fight and killed Aldrich Tony destroys the iron man suits to show pepper that he will let nothing come between them. the actor is arrested. after heart surgery he says that he will always be iron man

i pick this movie because it had cross genres like at the part where there was the actor it was funny that he was just sitting there and Tony came through the roof. It had the romance part between Pepper and tony.

5. Despicable me 2

Gruis now a dad to Margo, Edith and Agnes. a group of ex-super heroes join together to fight crime. Gru joins because he knows how villains work. Gru gets partnered up with agent Lucy Wilde. they use a bakery as their headquarters. Gru suspects Eduardo Perez of being El Macho, a bad guy who supposedly died. Gru and Lucy break into Eduardo's restaurant at night and find nothing. Agnes thinks that Gru and Lucy will fall in love. they arrests Floyd Eagle-san because an almost-empty mutagen jar was found. they are finished their case. Lucy has to go back to australia Gru is upset because he really did like her and now she is leaving. he finds out the Eduardo really is the super villain at a party at his restaurant. Gru has discovered that Eduardo has taken his minions and injected them with a purple juice that turns them crazy it to wild beasts. which he plans use for his own good. On her plane to Australia, Lucy realizes that she has feelings for Gru. She is captured by Eduardo. Gru finds out. Gru paints 2 minions to look like he was captured by minions and sneaks into Eduardo’s hideout. Dr. Nefario meets him there and brings his daughters and they spray the minions with jelly that turns them back to normal  eduardo injects the mutagen in himself, but Gru and Dr. Nefario beat him using a fart gun and Lucy's lipstick-taser. lucy is tied to a rocket and gru trys to untie her but eduardos pet chicken presses the button for the rocket. it takes of a crashes safely into the ocean. Gru and Lucy get home safely and Gru asks her on a date. then there is a wedding and they all dance to YMCA.

I picked this movie because it was an interesting movie and at some parts it was really weird. Another reason why i picked was because it had a good moving story line and it wasn’t boring at all like the movie epic I found it really boring.
